After that, you will receive an open consultation notice by e-mail, with information that includes: the name of the consultation, a short summary, the deadline by which you can leave your comment, the deadline within which the public authority plans to publish a report on the implementation of the consultation and a link to the consultation itself.

Contract drafting and review: How to prepare it?

The contract is a bilateral legal transaction created as a result of expression of will by at least two parties. The elements of the contract primarily depend on the type of the contract. An offer as a proposal for the award of a contract made to a particular person will contain all the essential features of the contract so that its acceptance may conclude a contract. Acceptance of an offer is also a unilateral declaration of will in such a way that, as a rule, silence is not considered to be accepted, unless the recipient is in a permanent business relationship with the tenderer or is a person to whom the execution of the order is part of its business activity. A preliminary contract is often concluded, i.e. a contract which undertakes the obligation to conclude a second, main contract later. A contract shall become effective when the parties agree on the essential elements of the contract.

Due non settled claims can be collected in out-of-court or court proceedings, the main objective being to get the debtor to settle his debt as soon as possible. Out-of-court collection, the law firm analyzes collection receivables in detail, and after that approaches negotiations with the debtor, whereby the modalities of collection are agreed in a peaceful manner. If the collection of claims is not executed in out-of-court proceedings, the law firm will, with the approval of the client, perform the collection in court proceedings.

In this procedure, the enforcement attorney may represent the trustee as a power of attorney.
